Copper Enamel Ring, Forest Green Sgraffito

Description

I made this ring from reclaimed copper pipe. After forming the pipe into a puffy ring shape, I fired 2 layers of enamel color, luminous transparent and dark forest green. I used the sgraffito technique, scratching through the green to reveal the transparent layer underneath. The ring is a size 7 and 1/2 inch (12mm) wide.
